By accessing or using AstroHub mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
1. Services Description
AstroHub provides the following astrology-related services:
- Palm reading and analysis
- Kundali (birth chart) generation and matching
- Daily horoscope predictions
- Consultation with expert pandits and astrologers
- Personalized astrology reports
2. User Registration
To access our services, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3. Credit System
- AstroHub operates on a credit-based system
- Credits must be purchased before using premium services
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Credits do not expire unless specified otherwise
- Credit prices may be updated from time to time with notice
4. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment confirmation may take a few minutes to process
- Failed transactions will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Service was not delivered due to technical issues on our end
- Credits were deducted incorrectly
- Duplicate payment occurred
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds are not available if the service was successfully delivered
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or pandits
- Share inappropriate or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
- Use automated systems or bots to access the service
- Resell or commercially exploit the service
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of AstroHub including text, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive property of AstroHub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
AstroHub provides astrology services for entertainment and guidance purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about:
- The accuracy of predictions or readings
- Specific outcomes based on our services
- The availability of specific pandits
- Uninterrupted access to the service
9. Limitation of Liability
AstroHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice:
- For violation of these Terms and Conditions
- For fraudulent or illegal activity
- At our sole discretion for any reason
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
